The Majestic Creek Counrty Club

Although not a classic championship layout, there are many excellent golf holes on this very natural, scenic and locally designed 27-hole course in the Hua Hin region. Meandering its way through a large expanse of rural Thai countryside, most holes are flanked on both sides by lush vegetation. The natural contouring of the land defines many holes, while others are supported by a modicum of earthmounding and can be, on occasions, quite tightly tree-lined. The relatively flat, shallow bunkering doesn't necessarily enhance the attractiveness of the layout, but like the relatively frequent water hazards, they are well placed to ensure your golf game is sufficiently challenged. A few holes look slightly bland and featureless from the tee, such as the lightly bunkered long par-4 8th (A-course), while others compensate for this by being quite technically demanding - the double dog-legging par-5 18th (9th on B-course) being a good example. With the area's picturesque ranges of tree-clad hills often in view, there is always a pleasant backdrop to proceedings.

The course is located 20 km from Hua Hin along a chain of hills in a natural environment. 27 holes offer 3 attractive Par 36. Majestic Creek is a perfect blend of an ambitious course with the environment. Almost all fairways got water hazards (small lakes or creeks) as well as several bunkers. For a good score, precise shots and good nerves are required.  The large clubhouse is comfortable and got a good Thai restaurant.

How to get there 18 km SW of Hua Hin FROM HUA HIN centre, take route 3218, direction Pala-U / Cha Am - Pranburi Bypass Road. After 11 km cross-over the Bypass Road and continue on route 3218. After 3 km turn left. After 7 km golf entrance is on your right. FROM ROUTE 4 (Cha Am - Pranburi Bypass Road), heading south, turn right onto route 3218. After 3 km turn left. After 7 km golf entrance is on your right.	Green Fees: 2007 Green Fees for 18-holes for visitors : weekdays & weekends Baht 2,000. [US$ 1 approx = Baht 32]. Credit cards accepted..
