What happens when I click Process Your Reservation
After we receive your booking enquiry, you will receive an answer within a few hours. However, due to different time zones and weekends, this can be delay by up to 24-48 hours in some cases
You will receive an e-mail after your reservation received to confirm that your reservation complete and some information in e-mail you will see " you can check your Booking Status by click here"
If room not available you will receive an answer within a few hours by e-mail to look alternative hotels. Please note, that room availability sometimes change daily, especially during peak seasons.
If your reservation confirmed already and you need to cancle booking . Please note that cancellation charge may apply.

If you are looking alternative hotels and you need to cancle booking then have no cost or no payment.
After your reservation confirmed you will also receive VOUCHER to be shown when check-in.
Never send credit card details by email or from unsecured websites! Either use our Secure Online Payment page or send credit card details by Fax. If you have to cancel a reservation, please do it as early as possible by email or Fax.
